The Challenge

When Authenteq began working with us, they relied primarily on their sales department as the main and sole channel for acquiring customers. Authenteq's goal was to establish several well-functioning digital marketing channels and understand the cost of acquiring a customer from each channel.

To achieve this, they chose to partner with our agency, recognizing the need to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. A key objective of this collaboration was also rapidly verifying the effectiveness of individual activities to quickly determine which digital marketing channels were profitable and which were not.

The Solution

Our agency supported Authenteq in developing their digital marketing strategy—defining target groups, selecting marketing channels, and determining the communication approach for their solution—as well as in operational activities.

During our collaboration, we utilized: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, remarketing) and LinkedIn Ads (Display, Video, remarketing). Campaigns were executed based on pre-defined audience groups: industry, location, sector, job title, company size, etc.

This included lead magnets, whitepapers, and content for landing pages.

This was done to organize lead and sales information (source and medium of acquired clients, sales stage, integration with other tools, preparation of dashboards with ROAS and ROI information).

These were tailored for specific audience groups and used as destination pages in PPC campaigns.

Leveraging automation tools, this resulted in over 10,000 messages sent and several hundred leads.
